1. Donations
- Donations made to MVPS are non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate transactions.
- If you suspect an incorrect charge, please contact us within 7 days at contact@mvpsngo.com with proof of payment.
2. Event/Program Fees
- If you have registered for an event or program and need to cancel, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will only be provided for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event.
3. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway and bank policies.
